Apple has just released iTunes 11.1.4, that lets you see your iTunes Wish List while viewing your library. Apart from the ability to see Wish Lists easily, the new iTunes update also improves support for Arabic and Hebrew, and of course includes stability improvements.

Does anyone really (seriously) like the new scollbars? I.hate. the horrid scrollbars. Why and who decided to do this change? I cannot see how this would pass Steve's UI test. It seems like many times iTunes is the testbed for new OS X UI updates for the future.

But this is one I godly hope never makes it into OS X. If I had an interface like this on the Finder or any other app, I would puke. It is almost as if it's a joke, I thought version 7.01 would 'fix' this. Am I really all that alone here? Is there anyone on this board that actually likes the new scrollbar look? Click to expand.Repairing permissions doesn't yield results each time the way it used to do, since they quieted the special permissions lines, but I find certain software such as iTunes always requiring repairing. I had one third party application cut off write capabilities in the /Applications folder, which was interesting, but the same installation on this machine doesn't have the same problem.

We'll see if iTunes version 7.0.1 deletes certain music from the iPod. I hope it does things properly.

Thats what I was thinking too. I did notice the new Aperture settings, that make since that you can now put then on the iPod like you can with iPhoto, that was announced monday. Im not sure which phone it is referring to, however none of them play TV shows that work with iTunes (that I could find anyway).

EDIT TO ADD: The odd thing is, I opened the file with BBedit which remembers exactly where the file was edited the last time it was opened and moves the curser to that spot (Apple used BBedit?) and it was right on the Phone area, which leads me to believe they added that to the file last - why they did is anyones guess. SECOND EDIT: It appears it also has games that can be used on the phone. It also references finding songs on the phone that are not on your computer and putting them on the computer. It then has an option that says the song can not be put on the computer until you authorize the phone on the computer (Im guessing you can buy songs on the phone, download them to the phone, and then put them on your computer. There are still two problems (for me) that did not get fixed. 1) When playing normally in shuffle, and while using an app. Other than iTunes, and a video gets played, it still goes to fullscreen.

This should only happen when the video gets played and the user is in iTunes. This issue does not happen all the time for me, nor does it happen only with certain videos.

Its annoying. 2) When you press escape from a fullscreen video, the video shoud then be played in the bottom left hand corner. For me, its not. I can either see the video by playing it fullscreen or in a separate window, but it wont get shown in the little window built in. Again, annoying. These things happen to anyone else?
