Wouldn't install on one computer at all. Finally installed but only records for bout 10 second and the shuts down computer and makes the disc unusable. Video is jumpy, streaky, and of poor quality. Tech support is nothing but a run around, they basicall have you revamp your whole computer which you shouldn't have to do. They keep having you do this and do that until you get fed up and tell them to forget it and trash their junk. I have DVDEXPRESS that is 6 or 7 years old and it does a mush better job.
